MPs announce inquiry into ‘assisted suicide’
A cross-party group of MPs has announced that a parliamentary inquiry on assisted suicide will be opened next year. The Health and Social Care Committee intends the inquiry to investigate the issue from “different perspectives”, evaluating moral, ethical and practical concerns against the evidence it receives.
